1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SEO Tools (the "Service"), operated by David Breder ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SEO Tools is a web-based platform offering a suite of free utilities and paid premium tools for SEO, content marketing, and analytics. The paid YouTube Channel Data Extractor pulls publicly available channel data via the official YouTube Data API. Free tools may be limited or removed at any time without notice.

3. Accounts and Google Sign-In

• Accounts are created only through Google OAuth. By signing in you authorize us to store your Google email, name, avatar, and Google user ID for authentication and communication about the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Any activity performed by an authenticated session is treated as yours.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase paid features.

4. Wallet, Pricing, and Payments

• Paid tools are billed from a prepaid wallet denominated in US Dollars (USD). You add funds by purchasing a wallet top-up ("pack") through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Each extraction has a fixed cost calculated from the number of channels and the selected time range. The exact cost is displayed before you confirm the extraction.
• Wallet balance is valid for one (1) year from your most recent top-up. Any new purchase extends the validity back to 12 months from that purchase.
• Balance not used within one year of the most recent top-up is forfeit and will be automatically zeroed. Expired amounts are recorded in your account ledger for your reference.
• All prices are in USD. Your card issuer may convert to your local currency at their exchange rate; we do not control conversion fees.
• We may change prices, credit costs, or pack contents at any time. Changes affect only future purchases; wallet balance already added will retain its previously purchased dollar value.

5. Refunds

• Unspent wallet balance may be refunded to the original payment method upon request within seven (7) days of purchase. Contact [email protected] with your purchase ID.
• Failed extractions are refunded automatically to your wallet — no request needed.
• Partially completed extractions (some channels succeeded, others failed) are refunded proportionally.
• After 7 days from purchase, wallet top-ups are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, wallet debits, or pricing.
• Automate the Service or resell its outputs as your own product without our written consent.
• Use the extracted data to harass, dox, or defame the channels involved.
• Overload our infrastructure through excessive requests or abusive extraction patterns.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape non-public portions of the Service.

7. YouTube Data and Third-Party Terms

• The Service pulls publicly available YouTube data via the official YouTube Data API. Your use of extracted YouTube data is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• You must comply with YouTube's API Services Terms when handling, storing, or redistributing data obtained through this Service.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, freshness, or completeness of YouTube data returned by the API. YouTube may change or restrict its API at any time; the Service depends on that API and may become unavailable for related tools.

8. Your Data and Extractions

• The datasets you produce through extractions are yours to keep and analyze.
• We retain a copy of your extraction artifacts so you can re-download them later. You may request deletion of past extractions at any time.
• We do not sell, license, or share your extractions or account data with third parties beyond service providers strictly required to operate the Service (currently Stripe for payments, Google for authentication and YouTube API access).

9. Intellectual Property

The Service — its interface, code, brand, and documentation — is owned by David Breder and protected by copyright law. Except for the datasets you extract and the input you provide, nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our intellectual property.

10. Availability, No Warranty

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free extractions, or specific data accuracy. Where an extraction fails, our sole obligation is the automated refund described in Section 5.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

12. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting [email protected].
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. Unspent balance in good-faith accounts will be refunded to the original payment method.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email to your registered Google address at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the district where the operator is domiciled, waiving any other, however privileged.
